A bit more of a set back, ARRRRUGH!!

Well finally went to the doctors and according to them, I have "GOUT" in my left knee and it's taking FOREVER to heal up, RATS! I missed so many rideable days in November and now I'm not really sure, when, I will be healthy enough to ride again!  It's really killing me, I hate being a "couch potato, it's been a "MONTH" since I've got to ride my bike and let's just say that, B.J. is NOT a happy camper at the moment! :(


Well it's going to get REALLY cold tomorrow, temps in the teens, wind and light snow so even Jo can't get in a ride this weekend. LOL, I'd be happy just to be able to "ride" the trainer so I don't lose all my fitness level but even that is a no go at the moment, Happy Holidays to all of you!
