The Annual Bike Forums 50+ PIE RIDE!

I'm a member of the the internet based, "Bike Forums" http://www.bikeforums.net/  One of the "topic area's" is called 50+, it's for riders that are age 50 and over, they have a yearly ride, called the PIE Ride, always the 3rd. Saturday in September. Jo and I went out on our Sat. club ride, with the Colorado Springs Cycling Club, put in 28+ miles up and down lot's of rolling hills, then headed out to the "Black Bear Cafe", here in Colorado Springs for PIE. The BF Pie Ride, has a minimum of 15 mile ride, find a pie, take photo and put in a report in the 50+ topic area. LOL, they even rate which pie is best, the status makes "Blueberry" the #1 pie, then any berry pie, fruit pie, then cream pie. Well we ended up in the low end with a "chocolate cream pie", cause all the "berry" confections were "COBBLERS", which isn't a true pie. The BBC's cream pies are excellent, just the size for "two" hungry bicycle riders,with a mellow and lite whip cream topping, Life is good! :)
